These terms apply when you use mobilespot.pk or place an order with MobileSpot. By placing an order you agree to them.
Prices and product information
- Prices are in Pakistani Rupees and are for PTA approved phones unless the page says otherwise.
- We check prices regularly, but market prices change. If a price changes after you order, we will tell you before dispatch and you can cancel at no cost.
- Specifications come from the brands and trusted sources. Small differences between regions are possible.
Orders
- Every order is confirmed by a call or WhatsApp message before dispatch.
- We may cancel an order if the item is out of stock, the price was wrong, or we cannot reach you to confirm. You will not be charged in that case.
Delivery and payment
Delivery is free all over Pakistan. You pay with Cash on Delivery, or by bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa when available. See Shipping & Delivery.
Returns and warranty
Phones have a 7-day check warranty from MobileSpot and then the official brand warranty. Accessories have a 7-day check warranty and cannot be returned once the box is opened. See our Return Policy and Warranty Policy.
Use of the website
Do not copy our content for commercial use without permission or misuse the website or its forms. Reviews must be honest and about your own experience.
