Every MobileSpot order ships free of charge to any city in Pakistan. This page explains how delivery works, how long it takes and what to do when your parcel arrives.
Delivery charges
Delivery is free on every order, whatever the price of the phone or accessory. There are no hidden packing or courier fees.
Delivery time
- Orders are confirmed by a call or WhatsApp message, usually the same working day.
- Most orders arrive in 2–4 working days after confirmation.
- Remote areas can take a little longer. We will tell you if we expect a delay.
Cash on Delivery
You pay the rider in cash when the parcel arrives. Please open the parcel in front of the rider and check that the box is sealed and the model, colour and storage are what you ordered before you pay.
Tracking your order
Once your order is dispatched we send you the courier and tracking number. You can also check it on our Track Order page or ask us on WhatsApp (0311-6401970).
Wrong or damaged parcel
If the box is damaged, the seal is broken or the item is not what you ordered, refuse the parcel and message us right away. See our Return Policy for the full rules.
